OACRAO Registration Fee and Refund Policy
Effective May 1, 2014
The Oklahoma Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (OACRAO) abides by the
following policies for all sponsored events:
~ A discount is given for early registration.
~ If a registered participant cannot attend an event, someone else from the same institution may
attend in his/her place. Written notification to an OACRAO officer of changes in registered
participant(s) is required.
~ If the event is cancelled, all registered participants will receive a 100% refund.
~ Registered participants who cancel their registration on or before the first day of the event will
receive a 100% refund.
~ To qualify for the OACRAO Member registration fee rate, a registered participant must be a
current employee of an OACRAO member institution who has paid its annual membership dues
on time (invoices for annual membership dues are sent shortly after July 1 of each year and are
due by the end of the annual fall conference held that same year). Non-member registration
fees will be required for all registered participants who do not meet these provisions.
